DIY Hello Card

Sometimes it's nice to just send a card to say Hello, rather than waiting for a special occasion. With that in mind I decided to create this gorgeous Hello card using the Maggie Holmes Carousel paper & ephemera pack. To make this card you will need Maggie Holmes Carousel Fun Fair Papers Maggie Holmes Carousel Ephemera Pack Gold glitter card 5" x 7" card blank Paper cutter Double sided tape To start making the card you will need to cut a 5" x 7" rectangle out of the cream & gold pattern paper and stick this to your card base using double sided tape. Next cut out a 6" x 4" rectangle from the yellow floral paper and 6" x 2" rectangle of the pink pattern paper. Stick the patterned gift tag from your ephemera pack to the cream & gold paper and then layer the two rectangles you cut over the top (refer to picture for placement). Emma Jewell Crafts May Box

I am loving being part of the Emma Jewell Design Team, its so exciting when I see my makes going up on the website. I thought I would share with you the projects I made with the May Craft Box! As soon as I opened the May Box I knew what my first project would be - a fun and crafty box frame for my mums new craft room! I already had the box frame, so it was the perfect project and, best of all, my mum loved it and it is already on display in her craft room! My next project was a shaker card, this was inspired by an 'Absolute Babe' sticker that was included in the box that I thought would be perfect for one of my best friends. This was such a fun card to make and who doesn't love a shaker card? My final project was Craft Room Bunting, I decided to use the materials leftover in my box to create a fun bunting that could be hung in my own craft room and that could be added to.
