Llama Love

What is not to love about llamas? I love using different animals in my crafting and my favourite is always to use llama, especially one in a party hat.

The below card was the first kinetic card I had made and the first card I posted to crafty instagram!
I decided a party llama would be the perfect animal character to use for this card, teamed with the First Edition Let's Celebrate paper.

After using my party llama to create my first kinetic card I decided to brand out and create a kenetic heart card using an otter.

Below are shaker llama cards I have created, I love any card that you can interact with as it makes it so much more fun for the recipient.

DIY Bloom & Wonder Ideas Notebook

If you are anything like me then you will always get the greatest craft inspiration when you have no way of noting it down! I always tend to get sparks of inspiration for card making and crafting at random times, and I always forget them. To try and conquer this I decided to make myself an Ideas notebook, a small notebook that will fit in my handbag to allow me to write down these random craft ideas, making sure I don't forget them (though I may look at them later and wonder what the hell I was thinking). After a quick look through the Cricut Design Space I found a notebook shape that looked perfect, small size and easy to remove and add more pages. I decided to make the notebook using the First Edition Bloom & Wonder paper pad I had recently received from Trimcraft, it is gorgeous and I love just flicking through the paper pad so thought it might make a good inspiration sparker. First Edition Bloom & Wonder Ideas Notebook To make your own Ideas Notebook you...

My first Trimcraft Maker package has arrived and I could not have been more excited💟  I was picked to receive the new First Edition Bloom & Wonder paper pad, it's one of the latest releases from First Edition and it is absolutely gorgeous. Bloom & Wonder is simply stunning, as you would expect from any First Edition Paper Pad, it has quickly become my favourite paper pad to work with mainly because it has such a variety of patterns it works for any occasion. Each illustration in the Bloom & Wonder Paper Pad is hand illustrated and feature proud peacocks, floral bouquets, and whimsical moths alongside classic patterns like modern leopard print, monochrome mosaics, and abstract floral designs.  I will be posting tutorials for my Bloom & Wonder makes soon so keep your eyes peeled. First Edition Bloom & Wonder is available now at Craft Stash Thanks for taking the time to read my blog post. If you have any questions I would ...

DIY First Edition Bloom & Wonder Card

The First Edition Bloom & Wonder Pad is simply gorgeous, if you haven't already purchase it then take a look at previous blog post! It is currently available at CraftStash & Amazon My first make with the Bloom & Wonder Paper Pad was this 'Bloom' card, I really wanted to show off the variety of patterns in the paper pad and play with my favourite prints. To make this card you will need: First Edition Bloom & Wonder Paper Pad Dovecraft Rose Gold Card 5" x 7" Card Blank Paper cutter Craft foam Double sided tape I used my Cricut Explore Air to cut out some parts of the card (heart & bloom frame) Start by cutting out a 5" x 7" rectangle, this will be the background to your card, I used the first sheet in the paper pad for this (it's my favourite!). Use double sided tape and attach this to your card blank. Next cut out a rectangle 5" x 2" and stick to your background paper using double sided tap...
